1. Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at customer center immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 30% cancellation fee because we have already stocked up for the customer and incurred a charge. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.We will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

If you are not satisfied with our products , you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items.As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country to China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account that you used to pay for the order. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 14 business days to show up on your account. Please be noted that the original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable.
What’s Egemiss’s Return/Exchange Policy?
- Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal. Swimwear, underwear and other private products are not retunrnable.
- Egemiss is not liable for problems under the following: Wrong size or color picked; Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item. Return shipping fees and the shipping fees from Egemiss to customer are at customer's own expense.
- We do not accept returned package without notifying us upfront.
- We do not accept packages returned using COD service.
- Don't return the package to the shipping address on shipping label, we cannot receive the package. If so, we cann't make any refund.

- Our customer service will communicate with you in the email, please pay attention to the reply. (Usually will reply within one working day)
- Please return through your local post office to avoid tax when it arrives in our country.
- Please send us tracking info after you return, which is quite important. Without return info, there will be no refund.
- Refund will be released within 5 working days after we received the package.
